It is often said we have a twin somewhere out their living a parallel life. I think I found her in Elise!!
We have never met but we have certainly ended up living very similar lives up to this point, we share our joint experience on overcoming anorexia, how we approach each day and offer loads of tips on how to embrace each day with self-love, curiosity and gratitude.
